At AbayaButh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modest fashion purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are neatly folded in their original packaging with all labels attached; please include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
